Vik Chawla

Vik Chawla is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as a Partner at 9Yards Capital since January 2024. Prior to this role, Vik was a Partner at Fifth Wall from September 2016 to December 2023, where responsibilities included sourcing and managing investments within the real estate technology sector, with notable investments in companies such as OpenDoor and SmartRent. Vik's experience also includes being the Head of Fundamental Diligence at Echelon Asset Management, as well as serving as a Senior Advisor at Humin. Earlier in Vik's career, experience included an analyst position at The Blackstone Group and founding the Kairos Society. Vik holds a B.S. in Economics with a focus on Finance and Statistics from The Wharton School.
