VP Of HR at A-1 Industries

Robert Chance has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Robert most recently served as the VP of HR at A-1 Industries starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Vice President Human Resources at Troy Corporation from 2011 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing HR, reporting directly to the CEO. Before joining Troy Corporation, Robert worked at American Bridge Company as the Vice President of HR and Administration from 2007 to 2010, where they had strategic oversight of Global HR, Safety, and IT. Robert also served as the VP of HR at Bayer/Lanxess from 2004 to 2007, and as the HR Manager at Shell from 2000 to 2004. Earlier in their career, Robert worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Emerson from 1990 to 1999, where they were responsible for recruiting and office management.

Robert Chance attended Texas Tech University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Robert also attended the University of Notre Dame and studied at the Center for Creative Leadership. Additionally, they took part in Work Activities and Societies, although no specific degree or field of study was indicated for this experience.
