Jason Kempenar

Jason Kempenar has over 20 years of experience in the construction and commercial sales industries. Since November 2009, Jason has been with A-1 United Heating & Air, specializing in mechanical equipment sales within the Industrial and Commercial sectors, as well as offering design build consulting services and business development initiatives. Prior to this role, Jason served as a Contract Administrator and Project Manager at Carlson West Povondra, where responsibilities included managing client proposals and overseeing medium-sized construction projects. Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Construction Coordinator for Seldin Properties, coordinating commercial and multi-family residential development projects. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned in 1999.
