Alison Beech

Alison Beech is an HR Systems Senior Manager at Allen & Overy, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Alison held various roles at ING from July 2014 to October 2023, including HR Systems Manager and Director, after serving as Change Delivery Manager and Project Manager for Peoplesoft 9.1 Implementation from October 2002 to July 2014. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Technical Consultant at Intelligroup Europe and as an Application Developer at PricewaterhouseCoopers during and after participation in the graduate program. Alison holds a BSc in Applied Computing (2:1) from the University of East Anglia, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
