Elizabeth Holland

Elizabeth Holland serves as Co-Head of Global IP Litigation at A&O Shearman, a position held since May 2024, and has been the Head of US IP Litigation at Allen & Overy since March 2022, where Elizabeth also holds the title of Partner and serves as US Life Sciences Chair. Prior to these roles, Elizabeth was a Partner at Goodwin Procter LLP from September 2014 to March 2022 and at Kenyon & Kenyon from November 1997 to September 2014. Elizabeth began a legal career as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from October 1988 to November 1997. Elizabeth earned a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law (1985-1988) and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Cooper Union (1981-1985).
