Nadine Dallitis

Nadine Dallitis serves as the Senior Manager of Professional Development at A&O Shearman, a position held since the merging of Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling in May 2024. Prior to this role, Dallitis was the Senior Manager of Professional Development at Allen & Overy from November 2021. Previous experience includes serving as the Americas People Advisory Manager at White & Case LLP, and the Manager of Professional Development at Covington & Burling. Dallitis also held the position of Professional Development and Mentoring Program Manager at K&L Gates, and worked as a Continuing Legal Education Administrator at Weil Gotshal and Manges. Earlier roles include serving as the Continuing Legal Education Program Coordinator and Marketing Assistant at The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, as well as a Legislative Intern with the New York State Senate. Dallitis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from SUNY New Paltz.
