Erica Comm is currently working as the Development & Operations Manager at A Better Childhood. Prior to this role, Erica held positions such as Manager of Individual & Corporate Giving and Operations Analyst at New York Legal Assistance Group. Erica also has experience as a Server at Boylan Heights and as a Swim Coach at Broadlands Swim Team. Erica graduated from the University of Virginia in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Women, Gender & Sexuality.
