Human Resources and Coordination

The Human Resources and Coordination team at A Better Way Services, Inc. is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration, as well as coordinating and overseeing various support programs. This team ensures that staff are well-supported, work efficiently, and have the resources they need to provide critical services to survivors of violence and assault. They also facilitate collaborative efforts with landlords, mobile program operations, and preventive measures to enhance community outreach and support.
