Jilleen Ward, ASW, currently serves as a Bilingual Mental Health Clinician at A Better Way, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jilleen held the position of Children's Services Social Worker III at the County of San Mateo, where responsibilities included investigating safety issues for children and families, conducting interviews based on trauma-informed practices, and providing crisis intervention. Jilleen's extensive experience also includes internships, social work, and educational roles focused on vulnerable populations, alongside a background in event planning and fundraising at organizations such as the American Red Cross. Jilleen holds a Master's degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA.
