Dave Cavenaugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Sr. Account Manager at A.C. Coy since May 2015, Dave previously held the position of Account Executive at Beacon Hill Technologies, where responsibilities included assisting clients with IT hiring needs and providing contract and direct placement services. As a Senior Recruiter/Account Manager at JH Staffing Services, Dave focused on client relations and placement opportunities in Engineering, CAD, Manufacturing, and IT. Earlier in the career, Dave worked as an Assessor/Team Leader at Development Dimensions International (DDI), managing selection and development projects for Fortune 500 clients and training new team members in interviewing techniques. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
