Michael Willey

Michael Willey has extensive experience in the electrical construction industry, currently serving as a Preconstruction Project Manager and Plan Detailer at A-C Electric Company since February 2012. Responsibilities include reviewing project information, developing work breakdown structures, producing detail drawings, and facilitating project planning using the Last Planner System. Prior roles include Construction Foreman/Service Tech, overseeing various installations in the utility solar, commercial, and residential sectors. At Bronco Electric, Inc., Michael managed special systems installations for the IBEW 428 Apprenticeship building, and at Hall Electric, Michael progressed from a 5th year Apprentice to various foreman roles. Michael's career began as an Electrical Apprentice with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, where foundational skills were developed across diverse electrical applications. Education includes completion of the IBEW Apprenticeship program and a high school diploma.
