Tony Farah

Tony Farah is the current Director at A Chance To Grow. Tony has over 15 years of experience in the retail industry, specializing in business development and customer service.

Tony started their career in retail as a Manager/Retail for Soft Solutions from August 2013 to April 2015. Tony then became the Owner and Operator of Farah Brothers from January 2004 to December 2007. Tony later became the District Manager for Family Dollar from June 2007 to July 2011. Most recently, they were the Business Development Manager for Ritter & Associates LP from September 2011 to July 2013.

In their current position as Director at A Chance To Grow, Tony spearheads several initiatives and programs to boost sales, drive compliance, consistency, and great service with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Tony has developed and custom designed quality assurance and mystery Shop programs that deliver on a 95% or better results focused on freshness, in-stock, and great customer service initiatives. Tony also trains employees on customer service models designed to match 100% satisfaction by putting customers first and ensuring their voices are heard which result in increase in sales and repeated business.

Tony Farah has a MA in Business Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas, and a High School Diploma from Champville.
