Mr. Leonard is the President and CEO of S.L. Leonard & Associates, a real estate development and construction management firm that has assisted its clients with building over 5,500 units of affordable housing along with a diverse portfolio of commercial, educational, and institutional projects. S.L. Leonard & Associates is a certified Minority Business Enterprise with a diverse team of experienced project managers. Mr. Leonard has an extensive background in construction management and related disciplines and teaches at UCLA extension. He joined the Board in 2001 and previously served as Board Chair.
