Ian Spencer

Ian Spencer is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in investment consulting and facilities management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Real Estate & Facilities at Lucid Software since March 2020 and as the Founder of Flatstick Advisors since July 2024, Ian provides strategic consulting services to private investors and family offices. Previous roles include leadership positions at A-Core Concrete Specialists Inc., CBRE, and Pilot Thomas Logistics, where Ian oversaw operations and real estate-related functions. Ian began a career in real estate with CB Richard Ellis, focusing on land sales and market analysis after earning a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
