Rod Higley

Rod Higley is a seasoned professional in the concrete industry with extensive experience in project management, estimating, and quality control. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Estimator at A-Core Concrete Specialists Inc. since June 2023, Rod has also been the Owner and President of Rock Solid Consulting LLC since January 2014. Previous roles include Quality Control Manager at American Eagle Ready Mix Utah LLC (June 2021 - June 2023) and Sales Estimator at A-Core Concrete Specialists Inc. (July 2019 - June 2021). Rod has managed a variety of projects in concrete cutting, coring, and scanning, and held positions in sales and technical roles across several companies, including Penhall and Staker & Parson Companies. Rod's educational background includes a degree in Construction Management from ITT Technical Institute and coursework at Salt Lake Community College.
