Ilpo Niva

Ilpo Niva has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Ilpo is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of A-CX, a boutique product creation company focused on digital innovation and customer experience.

Prior to this, Ilpo worked as the Managing Director at EEECa LLC, where they provided strategic advice and services to product and technology companies, with a focus on helping Finnish companies access the US markets. Ilpo also led the US operations of Creoir Ltd, a company that designs and develops wireless devices and solutions.

Ilpo has a background in the technology industry, with experience at companies like Microsoft and Nokia. At Microsoft, they served as the Director of Brazil Phones R&D and Portfolio, where they led the portfolio development and technology advancement for mobile devices. At Nokia, they held various director-level positions, including leading the Brazil R&D team and managing cross-functional teams for product development and collaboration.

In addition to their work in the technology industry, Ilpo has also served on the board of directors for companies like INDT, Capricode, and Mobiililiiga Oy.

Ilpo Niva also has experience as a board member at mobile technology companies such as Mobilespot Oy and Mobiililiiga Oy.

Throughout their career, Ilpo has demonstrated a strong focus on innovation, business development, and driving customer experience.

Ilpo Niva completed their education in a systematic and progressive manner. In 1993, they enrolled at Oulu Polytechnic and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology & Telecommunications. Ilpo dedicated four years to their studies and successfully completed their degree in 1997.

During their time at Oulu Polytechnic, Ilpo Niva also had the opportunity to broaden their educational horizons by studying abroad. In 1995, they attended Technological University Dublin and earned an Honours Diploma in Electrical/Electronic engineering, which they completed in 1996.

After the completion of their bachelor's degree, Ilpo Niva continued to pursue higher education at the University of Oulu. From 1999 to 2003, they dedicated four years to their studies and successfully obtained an executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) degree, specializing in Economics.
