Additionally, they were the Chairman of the Managing Board at the Association for Innovation, Business Excellence, Services and Technology (AIBEST) and a Board Member of the organization. Ilia Krastev also served as a Partner at Identrics, an artificial intelligence startup based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Identrics focused on AI and automation technologies and received recognition for its work. Furthermore, they were a Board Member at the University of Veliko Turnovo St Cyril and St. Methodius, contributing to the institution's development as a prestigious educational and scientific center.
Ilia Krastev holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, which they earned in the years 1999-2002. Ilia then pursued further education at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, specializing in Global Management and Leadership from 2004-2005. In 2005, they briefly studied Human Resources Development at SMEs at Tokai University. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from COTRUGLI Business School during the years 2008-2010.
