Dana Lair

Dana Lair serves as the Sr. Product Development Manager - Innovation at A-dec Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Dana held various significant positions at Ergotron as Sr. Product Development Manager, leading product vision and strategy for the Furniture vertical from January 2017 to December 2021. Dana's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Atmosphere Commercial Interiors, and as a Business Development Manager - Vertical Market Specialist at Haworth Inc., where the focus was on new business sales in sectors such as Healthcare and Education. Additionally, Dana has experience as an Area Dealer Manager and Regional Sales Product Instructor at Haworth, contributing to sales training and dealer relationships. Dana holds a BS in Housing & Environmental Design from Illinois State University.
