Iver Olsen

Iver Olsen is a seasoned materials engineering professional with extensive experience in managing materials portfolios and leading high-performing research and development teams. Currently serving as Materials Engineering Manager at A-dec Inc. since April 2019, Iver oversees the materials portfolio for a leading U.S. manufacturer of dental solutions, supporting significant global product sales while ensuring ISO 13485 compliance. Previous roles include Materials Engineer Supervisor at TE Connectivity, where I focused on materials selection and failure analysis for electrosurgical devices, and Process Engineer at KnightHawk Engineering, where I developed an ISO 17025 Quality Management System. Iver's experience also includes positions at Nike and Varian Medical Systems, where a strong technical foundation was built in materials testing and analysis. A Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering was earned from the University of Utah.
