Ibraheem Basir is the Founder & CEO of A Dozen Cousins, a natural food brand that specializes in convenient products inspired by traditional Creole, Caribbean, and Latin American foods. Prior to starting their own company in 2019, Ibraheem worked as a Marketing Manager at Annie's Inc. from 2016 to 2017, and as an Associate Marketing Manager at General Mills from 2012 to 2016. Ibraheem also gained experience as a Brand Management Intern at Unilever in 2011.

Ibraheem Basir attended the University of Pennsylvania from an unspecified start year until 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Ibraheem then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at The Wharton School. Ibraheem completed their MBA in 2012.
