Bradley Dennis

Mr. Dennis joined Epstein in 2004 and, during his tenure with the organization, has participated in the design and construction of a wide variety of projects. On the design side, Mr. Dennis has experience in programming, test fits, space planning, furniture design, code research, bid analysis, and trade coordination. He is also proficient in AutoCAD and knowledgeable of architectural plans, specifications, and details. On the construction side, Bradley has ample experience providing construction management services and supervising design teams, superintendents and foremen. He is familiar with all aspects of coordinating and scheduling subcontractors as well as controlling project budget and progress.
