David Scott

David has over 25 years of design and project management experience. As Epstein's director of professional services, David serves as the project executive for Epstein's projects in a multitude of market sectors including cannabis, commercial developments and hotel/entertainment industry projects.

David strategically collaborates with clients on their projects from conception to completion by taking a hands-on approach in the navigation of zoning/permitting issues, evaluating proposed sites, assessing buildings, and leading conceptual design/planning efforts.
