Hisham Odish has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Hisham started their career at Shure Incorporated, where they operated and repaired wave solder machines and developed design modifications. Hisham then worked at Newark element14 as a Data and Documentation Engineer, where they managed CAD applications, provided technical support, and designed products. Hisham later joined Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) as an MEP BIM/CAD Manager, responsible for CAD, BIM, and Revit related activities for the MEP engineers. At JENSEN HUGHES, they served as a BIM/CAD Manager, overseeing drafting centers and leading firmwide BIM initiatives. Hisham also worked at RTM Engineering Consultants as the Director of BIM and Technology, leading the company's BIM initiatives and developing standards and procedures. Currently, they are working at Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction as an Associate Vice President / Global BIM Strategist, leading BIM initiatives across all disciplines and incorporating new technologies into the design and construction process. Throughout their career, Hisham has demonstrated expertise in BIM management, CAD, Revit, and training.

Hisham Odish completed an Associates of Science degree in Drafting and Machine Design at Truman College from 1998 to 2000. Hisham also obtained an Associates of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering/ Building and Construction during the period from 1986 to 1989, although the specific school is unknown.
