Randy Tharp

Randy Tharp is a seasoned professional in architecture, engineering, and construction, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of International Projects at Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction since May 2001. In this role, Randy manages international projects, overseeing all phases from conception through to construction, focusing primarily on Central and Southeast Europe, along with parts of the Baltic, Middle East, Africa, and Eurasia. Previously, Randy held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of DesignBuild, leading high-value, efficient project executions, and served as Vice President and Director of Global Business Development, overseeing business activities across various markets. Earlier experience includes roles at The Dobbins Group and Dowler Ronnisch Company, as well as leadership positions at Kajima Construction Services. Randy holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Strategic Planning from the University of Michigan, along with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the same institution.
