René Nielsen

René Nielsen has a solid work experience history, starting as an Auditor-assistant at Rigsrevisionen in 1994 and then moving to Økonomistyrelsen in 2003. René transitioned to the private sector in 2004 with LEO Pharma A/S, holding various financial and planning roles until 2020. Currently, they are Head of Group IT and PMO at A. Espersen A/S, a role they took on in 2020. Throughout their career, René has gained expertise in financial reporting, business partnering, and managing shared service centers.

René Nielsen completed their Economics degree at Copenhagen Business School in 2004. René also pursued studies in Project Management at Implement in 2004. Additionally, they completed courses in Business/Strategy at IMD in 2010-2011. In 2013-2014, they obtained a CBA degree from AVT.
