April Worden

April Worden serves as the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Brown Worden Properties, the largest locally and privately owned self-storage operator in Tucson, managing 19 locations that cater to various storage needs. Additional ventures include ownership of A Family Storage and Tucson Casitas Group, both contributing to the local real estate landscape through self-storage and elegant townhome rentals, respectively. April Worden also oversees Vista View Resort, an active retirement community in Sierra Vista, and Clovis Apartment Group, which manages warehouse and apartment rentals in Clovis, CA. Formerly, April Worden led Cool Box Portable Storage, a family-owned business with multiple locations across six states, and owned Seneca Terrace Apartments. Education was completed at Flowing Wells.
