Avantha Arachchi

Avantha Arachchi is currently the COO at A-Frame Brands. Prior to this, they were the founder of Bombshell.is from June 2020 to May 2021. Avantha has also held the positions of Talent Advisor at Gerber Technology from October 2018 to April 2021 and Head of People & Operations at Avametric from November 2017 to June 2020. Her previous experience also includes being a Senior People Operations Manager at TATCHA from October 2014 to August 2017 and a Global IntAKE Security Research Assistant at AKE from June 2011 to September 2011.

After completing their Bachelor of Arts at Tufts University in International Relations with a concentration in International Security and French, Arachchi went on to get their certification from FEMA in Community Emergency Response Training.

They are on a team with Kia Lowe - President, Skincare by John Legend, Christina Rodriguez - Finance Director, and Shena Clarke - VP & Creative Director, A-Frame Brands. Their manager is Ari Bloom, Founder & CEO. and Roma Hassan - VP, Operations reports to Avantha Arachchi.
