John Hicks

John Hicks is a seasoned development and construction management professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Projects at A.G. Rhodes since January 2020, John oversees large capital improvement projects for nursing facilities in the Atlanta area. In addition, as a Consultant/Owner's Representative at Touchstone Project Services, John has managed numerous commercial and hospitality projects, demonstrating expertise in complex planning, entitlement, legal, and design processes. Previous roles include Vice President of Development at North Point Hospitality Group, where John led the development of multiple hotel properties, and Director of Development at The LaSalle Group, focusing on memory care facilities. John holds a Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
