The Healthcare and Clinical Services team at A.G. Rhodes Health & Rehab is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to residents. This multidisciplinary team, comprising professionals such as physical therapists, geriatric social workers, LPNs, RNs, and certified nursing assistants, collaborates to execute personalized care plans, manage clinical operations, and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services and Unit Managers, they strive to meet the physical, emotional, and medical needs of each resident, embodying the company's ethos of "Caring People, Caring for People."
