Andrea Castagna Mourao e Lima currently serves as the Group Head of Safety, Quality, and Environment (SQE) at A-Gas since August 2023. Prior roles include Safety and Ethics Principal at Delivery Hero, where significant achievements included the implementation of a global rider safety data collection system and automation of COVID-19 contact tracing. Previous experience involves leading global waste management initiatives at Philip Morris International and various sustainability roles at OSM Maritime Group and other organizations, where leadership in ethics, safety, and environmental management was demonstrated. Andrea's academic background includes multiple postgraduate degrees in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, and an MBA in Green Energy and Sustainable Business from Bologna Business School, among others.
