Matt's extensive experience includes over seven years at RSM US LLP, where responsibilities included leading assurance and consulting engagements for diverse industries, managing multiple client relationships, and overseeing significant audits, including a $2B oil and gas company. Matt began the career at Padgett, Stratemann & Co., LLP, progressing from an Associate to Audit Manager, developing tools for staff training, and improving audit processes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting, both from Trinity University.
