John Walsh has extensive experience in technical operations and sales, currently serving as Technical Operations Manager at A Head for Profits since March 2015, with previous roles in sales and installation facilitation, sales representation, sales engineering, and quality assurance. Prior to this, John worked as a Relief Crew Chief Paramedic at Mecklenburg EMS Agency from July 2011 to March 2015 and held the position of Facility Manager at Dreamsports Center from August 2007 to June 2009. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality and Tourism Management from Appalachian State University (2001-2005) and an Associate's Degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician from Wake Technical Community College (2009-2011).
