Simon Menardi

Simon Menardi has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Simon is currently the Head of Sales & Co-Founder at A-hub, a digital challenger in the recruitment and staffing industry. Simon focuses on developing digital solutions to improve the matching process for companies and candidates. Additionally, they are involved in expanding the franchise concept of A-hub.

Prior to their current role, Simon served as the Chairman of BK Ett Fyra, a football association in Vivalla, Örebro. Simon emphasized values of Love & Respect while working towards keeping youth away from crime and drugs. Simon's responsibilities included ensuring that the young individuals managed both their academics and football activities and were able to grow into their best selves.

Simon also founded and co-owned Menardi Juridik AB, a legal firm. Simon played a key role in establishing and operating the company. In previous years, Simon worked as a Senior Account Manager at Framtiden, where they were responsible for managing client accounts. Simon successfully held this position from August 2017 to March 2022.

Furthermore, Simon served as a Board Member at BK Ett Fyra, contributing to the organization's strategic decisions and overall management. Simon was also a Sales Representative at Hotel Express Sverige, where they focused on sales activities. Earlier in their career, Simon worked as a Youth Leader at Filadelfiakyrkan, supporting and guiding young individuals through discussions about everyday life situations from a Christian perspective.

Simon's work experience also includes being a professional Football Player at Örebro SK Fotboll from July 2009 to November 2012.

Simon Menardi attended Engelbrektsskolan from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their Högstadiet degree. From 2008 to 2011, they attended John Bauer and completed the Hälsa-Idrottsprogrammet. In March 2023, Simon obtained a certification called "Grundkurs Assessio" from Assessio.
