Eugenio Scarpa

Eugenio Scarpa is a Payload Systems Engineer at ARGOTEC since March 2017, specializing in opto-electronics payload system engineering for the ESA IRIDE project and managing multi-partner consortium activities in various engineering domains. With prior experience as a Project Manager for the ESA EUFRATE program and as a Senior FPGA Designer, Eugenio has developed hardware for space applications, focusing on VHDL and Verilog-based designs across several FPGA platforms. Eugenio is also an Arbitro Effettivo with the Associazione Italiana Arbitri, active in the Serie C national refereeing committee since 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Embedded Systems from Politecnico di Torino, paired with a foundational degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution.
