Simone Gorlero

Simone Gorlero is an accomplished consultant at BIP since November 2020, specializing in human capital as part of a diverse team known as Value Hunters, which includes experts in technology, innovation, and change management. Additionally, Simone has served as a football referee for the Associazione Italiana Arbitri (AIA-FIGC) since September 2017, gaining experience in high-pressure environments. Previous roles include hosting and directing at Radio Statale from October 2019 to April 2020, serving as a waiter at miscusi, and working as a steward at various events and fairs between January 2017 and March 2019. Simone also held a position related to social media communication at US Legnanese 1913 from February 2016 to April 2017. Educationally, Simone holds a Master's degree in Management of Human Resources and Labour Studies from Università degli Studi di Milano, and an Erasmus Master's degree in Social Policy, Employment and Welfare from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Scientific diploma from Liceo Galileo Galilei.
