Tiina Koponen

Tiina Koponen is an experienced analytics specialist currently working at A-Insinöörit since January 2023. Previously, Tiina held the position of Concept Owner for Customer, Product and Finance Analytics at Nokian Tyres plc from September 2018 to December 2022, focusing on the development of Sales and Finance reporting. Tiina's background also includes a role as a Business Intelligence Specialist at Nokian Tyres plc, where reporting development spanned several business areas. Prior experience includes serving as a Claims Advisor at OP Financial Group and a User Experience Specialist at Tampere University of Technology, where expertise encompassed user-centered design, service design, user experience research, usability testing, and UI design, alongside lecturing on various UX topics. Tiina holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Tampere University of Technology.
