Carlos Bello MSHRM has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2015 to the present, Carlos has been the Director of People and Culture at A.J. Kirkwood & Associates, Inc., where they oversee the recruitment and hiring processes. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2015, Carlos worked at CBI Forensics as a Field Trainer/Building Inspector, where they trained building inspectors and expanded into new markets. From 2003 to 2007, Carlos worked at United Research Industries as a Human Resources Manager/Architectural Inspector, managing recruitment and onboarding processes while also inspecting and writing reports for construction defect litigators. Lastly, from 1996 to 2002, Carlos served as the Branch Manager at CLP Resources, managing staffing agency operations and opening new offices on both the West and East Coasts. Carlos has demonstrated their expertise in people management, recruitment, and operations throughout their career.

Carlos Bello MSHRM has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resource Management. In 1991, they completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Communications from El Camino College. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies from Westmont College, which they completed in 1994. In 2014, Carlos obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UCLA.

Continuing their education, Carlos enrolled at the University of Southern California in 2020 to pursue a Masters of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Carlos has also obtained a certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA 30) from the American Safety Council, Inc in December 2015.
