Beth Ellis

Beth Ellis, MCIPD, currently serves as the People Operations Manager at AJW Group since January 2023, having previously held roles as Senior People Partner and People Partner. Prior experience includes working as an Employee Relations Advisor at Lawsons (Whetstone) Ltd from May 2021 to January 2023, and as an HR Advisor at AVS Fencing Supplies Ltd from August 2018 to May 2021. Beth also operated as a self-employed HR professional seeking new opportunities from June 2018 to May 2021, and served as an HR Adviser at William Reed Business Media Ltd for one year until June 2018.
