Courtney Williams

Courtney Williams is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Personal Chef, Culinary Instructor, and Recipe Developer at The Cooking Collaborative, LLC since February 2017, Courtney also holds the position of Chef de Partie at A Joy Wallace Catering, Design & Special Events since January 2014 and Food & Beverage Marketing Director at OneFifty Mgmt. since December 2012. Previous positions include Juice Bar Operator at Courtney's Juice Shack, which operated from October 2013 to January 2014, and various roles such as Prep Cook/Server at Aaron's Catering International & Gourmet and Line Cook at Zuma Restaurants. Courtney holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Johnson & Wales University in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management.
