Mazin Biviji

Mazin Biviji is a Senior Product Manager at Agoda, where Mazin collaborates with the customer experience group to develop tools aimed at reducing call handle time and enhancing customer satisfaction. In addition to their current role, Mazin is also a Contributing Writer and Podcaster at A Junior VC. Previously, Mazin was a Co-Founder at Stoquity, a fantasy stock trading game for the Indian market. With a background in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from INSEAD, Mazin has also held positions at Deloitte Consulting, Pfizer, Emirates NBD, and Deloitte India, where Mazin has worked on a variety of projects focused on strategy, operations, and project management.
