Saniya Chawla

Saniya Chawla serves as the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Innovaccer since April 2020, focusing on M&A and corporate development initiatives. Concurrently, Saniya holds the position of Associate Director at Z21 Ventures, advising on investment thesis development and originating opportunities in the U.S. market, while also serving as a contributing writer for A Junior VC, sharing insights on growth companies and the startup ecosystem. Previous experience includes serving as Associate Vice President at Avendus, where Saniya managed strategy and investments in the technology sector and successfully closed significant fundraising transactions for notable companies. Saniya holds an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and has additional degrees from ESSEC Business School and Leibniz Universität Hannover.
