Cindy Miner

Cindy Miner has worked in the tax industry since 1998. Cindy began their career as a Tax Compliance Specialist at Ernst & Young. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Tax Manager at NSP, where they assisted with the FAS 109 calculation and SOX 404 procedures, as well as implementing filing sales tax returns for a subsidiary. In 2006, they moved to NewAge, Inc. as the Managing Director of Tax. From 2006 to 2017, Cindy Miner was the Director of Tax at Morinda Holdings, Inc., where they prepared and reviewed corporate income tax returns, reviewed foreign affiliated corporate returns, and was responsible for unclaimed property and personal property tax filings. In 2022, they became the Tax Director at a.k.a. Brands.

Cindy Miner obtained a BS in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accountancy and Tax from Weber State University from 1992 to 1998. In March 2001, they obtained a CPA certification from the CPA.
