Mahfuzur Rahman

Mahfuzur Rahman has extensive experience in Human Resources and Administration, currently serving as Manager at A. K. Khan & Company Ltd. since September 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, managing employee records, and coordinating logistics. Prior roles at the same company included Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on HR issues, administrative tasks, and liaising with regulatory bodies. Mahfuzur also has a background as an Executive, HR & Operation, where the emphasis was on daily HR functions and cost management. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management and an MBA from American International University-Bangladesh.
