Mohammad Saiful Islam

Mohammad Saiful Islam has several years of legal experience in different organizations. Mohammad Saiful currently holds a position as a Senior Manager at A. K. Khan & Company Ltd. where they are responsible for managing legal affairs and drafting various agreements. Prior to this, they worked at Square Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Legal Counsel, handling local and international agreements and issuing legal notices to protect the company's trademarks. Mohammad Saiful also served as an Assistant Legal Counsel and Executive in the Legal Affairs department at Square Pharmaceuticals Limited. Before their time at Square Pharmaceuticals, Mohammad worked as a Lawyer at DFDL. Mohammad Saiful began their career as a Legal & Compliance Lawyer at BRAC, where they advised on regulatory and legal requirements. Mohammad Saiful also worked as an Apprentice at District Judges Court, assisting senior colleagues with case documents, legal notices, and various legal drafting tasks.

Mohammad Saiful Islam has an extensive education history. Mohammad Saiful completed their LL.B(Hons) degree in Law from the University of Chittagong, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Govt. Haji Muhammad Mohsin College, Chittagong from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an HSC degree in Science. Mohammad Saiful completed their secondary education at Collegiate School, Chittagong from 1997 to 2002, earning their SSC degree in Science.

Saiful Islam continued their education by pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law at the University of Chittagong, which they completed from 2008 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Saiful Islam obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Mohammad Saiful obtained an Advocateship from the High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh in January 2017. Prior to this, they obtained Advocateship from the Bangladesh Bar Council in April 2012. Furthermore, Saiful Islam completed the DL101PCT Distance Learning Course: Introduction to the Patent Cooperation Treaty from the World Intellectual Property Organization in October 2016. Mohammad Saiful also completed the DL101 General Course on Intellectual Property from the same institution in July 2016.

Saiful Islam also sought professional development in other areas, earning a Leadership Certificate in Managerial Communication from IBA, University of Dhaka in March 2018, and a certification in Human Resource Management Competencies from the same institution in April 2016.
