Leena Oiva

Leena Oiva is a development manager at A-Kruunu Oy since September 2021, serving on the Management Board and managing land acquisition and project development. Previously, Leena held the position of senior sustainability consultant at EcoReal Oy, leading the Sustainability Services team and focusing on team development. Leena also worked as a sustainability specialist, consulting small and medium-sized companies in sustainability practices. Prior roles include development manager and key account manager at WWF Finland, where Leena advanced energy efficiency initiatives and managed partnerships, and various engineering roles at Nokia, focusing on sustainable services and environmental engineering. Leena holds a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Oulu and has pursued further education at Tampere University and Aalto University.
