Avi Pollak has extensive experience in research, development, and engineering spanning various industries such as semiconductor interconnection products, electric cars, medical devices, and automation systems. Currently serving as the Vice President of R&D and Engineering at A.L. GROUP, Avi has also held leadership roles at Better Place, Medingo, and Kulicke & Soffa. With a Master's degree in System Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Avi has a strong background in developing innovative and cutting-edge technologies to drive business success.
