Michal Dahari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Relations Manager and Customer Service Team Leader at A.L. GROUP since March 2013, Michal provides support to global customers across various departments, ensuring the fulfillment of requests and commitments. Prior to this role, Michal worked at Ticket2Final LTD as an Account Manager and Global Partnerships Manager, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and conducting market research. Earlier experience includes serving as a Product Development Manager at YPL - Yedioth Publishing & Licensing, overseeing branding and licensing for prominent partners such as FC Barcelona and the NBA. Michal holds a B.A. in Communications and Management from the College of Management, earned between 2000 and 2003.
