Janet Sims

Janet Sims, PHR has extensive experience as a Human Resource Manager in various companies such as North American Electric, Inc., A.L.P. Lighting Components, and Bekaert Corporation. Janet also worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Kuehne + Nagel. Sims has managed all areas of Human Resources including employee relations, employment compensation and benefits, training and development, and safety compliance. Janet has successfully handled EEOC charges, updated employee handbooks, and developed core competencies for feedback. Sims also worked with a local special needs school to implement a light labor workforce as part of corporate social responsibility initiatives.
