The Engineering and Design team at A.L.P. Lighting Components is responsible for driving innovation and ensuring the optimal performance of lighting products. The Computer Numerical Control Machinist fabricates precise components, the Optical Engineering Manager oversees the development of advanced lighting optics, the Senior Engineer and CAD Manager designs and validates product blueprints, and the Graphic Designer creates visual assets for product presentations and marketing. Together, they collaborate to deliver cutting-edge solutions and maintain the company's leadership in the industry.
