Sheila Davis

Sheila Davis is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Finance and Accounting Professional at A La C.A.R.T.E. CFO Advisory Solutions, Sheila previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the City of Oxnard, overseeing a $670 million budget and managing financial operations for the municipality. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer at the Ventura County Human Services Agency, with a focus on budget and grant management, and Director of Budget and Finance at the Ventura Unified School District. Additionally, Sheila served as Director of Finance at the Port of Long Beach, managing significant revenue and capital expenditures. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, as well as advanced studies at Georgetown University and the USC Rossier School of Education.
